What we need **My responsibilities and functions in this role are:** I prioritize projects according to the company's strategy and current demand. I launch differentiated products to the market. I collaborate in developing product plans for each established channel. I study and research the product market. I project product profitability based on conducted studies. Before industrialization, I monitor parts from the moment they are sent: how they are made, verify quality, assemble and test them, among other tasks. I control manufacturing during the prototype stage. I design new projects to achieve strong positioning against competitors, or to ensure there is no competition. I write user and maintenance manuals. I modify existing products if they have become obsolete and update them. Once I have ensured everything is properly secured, I proceed to manufacturing. I provide and train operators with all necessary documentation and tools. Finally, I close the project by collecting incidents, suggestions for possible modifications, figures, etc. Then, I ensure that operators fully understand the process and continue monitoring the industrialized project. What other skills and competencies do I need? * Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD * Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel * Advanced spoken and written English * Experience in lifting systems desirable * Power BI, Inventor, and Catia desirable BECOME PART OF A GREAT FAMILY.
