




Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to support the launch of new industrial projects, from design and development through to optimization of existing production processes. Management of technical investments and cross-departmental coordination. ### **Responsibilities** * Support the launch of new industrial projects, from initial phase through to ramp-up. * Design and develop production processes, layouts, and work methodologies according to customer and company specifications. * Validate production equipment and ensure adherence to timelines defined in the project master plan. * Analyze RFQs and participate in the technical and economic definition of new projects (quotations). * Calculate staffing requirements using MTM and define productive and logistical resources. * Define and manage technical investments required for new projects. * Plan, coordinate, and execute projects using Master Schedule Plans and action plans (CCAR). * Deliver technical presentations and provide customer support during proposal phases and problem resolution. * Analyze and optimize existing production processes using MTM, workflow analysis, and inefficiency assessment. * Update process sheets, complexity matrices, and technical documentation. * Design and implement improvements to processes, layouts, and work methods. * Supervise installations, assemblies, and validation of production and logistics processes (production, quality, ergonomics). * Manage engineering and process changes, coordinating with involved departments. * Analyze human resource requirements per position, cell, or product family. * Prepare production planning and resource allocation reports. * Maintain continuous coordination with operations, maintenance, quality, logistics, IT, suppliers, and customers. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial environment, preferably in the automotive sector. * Demonstrable experience in implementing and launching new industrial projects. * Solid knowledge of methods and time studies (MTM), time management, and Lean Manufacturing. * Proficiency in industrial design tools (AutoCAD, Catia). * Experience programming electronic torque tools. * Ability to analyze production processes and optimize resources. * Experience working with customers and suppliers in demanding industrial environments. * Advanced level of English, with capability to conduct technical meetings. * Autonomous, analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Availability for immediate start.
