Currently, we are recruiting a PMO who will join a dynamic team, actively participating in the design and development of components while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include: * Managing project governance at the portfolio level. * Ensuring traceability and structure across the entire lifecycle (technology, finance, business, etc.). * Overseeing the lifecycle of R&D projects. * Analyzing risks and opportunities. * Coordinating resource planning and workload distribution. * Financial planning and executive reporting. **WHAT WE OFFER?** * Continuous professional development. * Competitive salary. * Participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. We love teamwork! * Working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Requirements:** --------------- Below are the minimum requirements necessary to perform this role: * Engineering degree or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in this position or in the described functions. * Experience in PMO environments, portfolio management, and cross-team coordination. * Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and reporting. * Experience in the automotive and industrial sectors is desirable. * High level of English, minimum B2\. \#LI\-NA1
