At Curaleaf, we are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our team and actively participate in operating machinery, preparing materials, and ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
**Your Responsibilities:**
* Operate and supervise production machinery safely and efficiently.
* Prepare raw materials and supplies for the production process.
* Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
* Record production data and immediately report any issues or deviations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
* Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet production goals.
* Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as safety regulations and company policies.
**About You:**
We are looking for a reliable and committed individual who:
* Has prior experience in manufacturing or production environments.
* Possesses mechanical aptitude and can operate production equipment.
* Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
* Pays attention to detail and is committed to quality.
* Works well in a team and communicates effectively.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets production deadlines.
* Can troubleshoot basic issues and promptly report incidents.

You must also have completed secondary education or equivalent, and flexibility to work various shifts.
**Also Valued:**
* Training in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing processes (desirable).
* Training in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
