Job Summary: We are seeking an operator to strengthen the production team in a highly technified plastic plant, performing tasks including extrusion operation, quality control, and basic maintenance. Opportunity for responsible individuals with attention to detail We are looking for an operator for a plastic-sector company located in Nava de la Asunción, aiming to reinforce the production team in a highly technified plant. A direct contract with the company is offered, along with a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, respecting statutory rest periods. Immediate incorporation is required. Main responsibilities include operating and controlling extrusion lines, adjusting technical parameters, changing reels, and supervising the manufacturing process. Additionally, the operator must verify the quality of finished products, record any incidents, prepare materials, and assist in basic equipment maintenance tasks. Prompt detection and resolution of line anomalies, while strictly adhering to industrial safety regulations, is essential. We seek a responsible individual with attention to detail and the ability to integrate into a team. Prior experience in blow extrusion or co-extrusion will be valued, as well as practical knowledge of machinery adjustments, line start-up, or preventive maintenance. Technical training or mechanical skills will also be considered. Minimum one year of prior experience in the industrial sector. Full availability to work rotating shifts is required. Teamwork capability, responsibility, and attention to detail are mandatory. Knowledge of blow extrusion or co-extrusion, experience in machine adjustments, line start-ups or basic maintenance, as well as technical training or a mechanical profile, will be considered advantageous.
