Our growth drives us to strengthen the Production Department—a key area for ensuring the quality and traceability of every batch we manufacture. We are seeking a Mixing Operator to support the person responsible for preparing powder-formulation mixes (sports and nutritional supplements), ensuring compliance with formulas, quality standards, and food safety regulations. **Your Responsibilities** * Weigh and dose raw materials according to formula/production order. * Carry out the mixing process for various products, adhering strictly to specified times, sequences, and parameters. * Verify that weighed quantities match the technical sheet/production order before initiating mixing. * Record batches, quantities, and traceability data for each mix performed in production logs. * Monitor homogeneity and visual/organoleptic quality of the mix prior to packaging. * Perform cleaning and sanitization of mixing equipment (mixers, hoppers, utensils) between batches to prevent cross-contamination. * Manage and rotate raw material stock within the mixing area. * Immediately report any deviations, shortages, or quality incidents to your supervisor. * Comply with hygiene, occupational safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Requirements** * Prior experience in industrial production, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or supplement industry. * Basic knowledge of operating industrial scales and mixing equipment. * Ability to read and interpret formulas/production orders. * Attention to detail and responsibility in following processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in food handling or GMP. * Precision and organization in the workplace. * Teamwork skills. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to follow standardized procedures. **What We Offer** * Join a leading company in the sports supplementation sector. * Permanent contract, full-time schedule. * Dynamic work environment in a facility meeting top-tier GMP standards. * Opportunities for development and growth within the Production Department. **Do you identify with this opportunity?** **Send us your CV at rrhh@globalnutralabs.com** \#ProductionJobs \#Supplementation \#GMP \#ArgandaDelReyJobs \#GlobalNutralabs \#HR Salary: €17,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
