We are looking for a Middleware Architect – Insurance Sector! Are you a Middleware Architect with experience in integration environments and modern architectures? Are you interested in participating in the evolution of reference architectures, defining integration patterns, and contributing to API governance? We are seeking a Middleware Architect to join a strategic project within the insurance sector. ### **What will be your mission?** As a Middleware Architect, you will participate in: * Evolution and definition of reference architectures. * Definition of integration patterns. * Architectural support and guidance for projects. * Definition and governance of APIs. * Design of solutions based on SOA, Microservices, and Event-Driven architectures. * Promotion of API-First methodologies. * Participation in the evolution of integration and middleware platforms. ### **️ Technology Stack** We seek experience in several of the following areas: * Architectures: SOA, MSA (Microservices Architecture), and EDA (Event-Driven Architecture). * API Specification: OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, and AVRO. * API Management: Red Hat 3scale API Management. * Integration / EIP: Red Hat Fuse, Apache Camel, Spring Boot and/or Quarkus. * Event-Driven Architecture: Red Hat AMQ Streams (Apache Kafka) and Red Hat AMQ Broker (Apache ActiveMQ). * Decision Engines and Business Rules: IBM Business Automation Manager Open Editions (Drools). * Service Registry: Apicurio Service Registry. * API Tools: Postman and API Quality. * PaaS/CaaS Platform: Red Hat OpenShift 4\.x. * Core Insurance Platform: Guidewire Integration Gateway (Apache Camel). ### **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Middleware/Integration Architecture. * Experience in designing architectures and integration patterns. * Solid knowledge of APIs and distributed architectures. * Ability to provide support and guidance to project teams. * Experience in enterprise environments; insurance sector experience is a plus. ### **Conditions** * Work Mode: Hybrid. * Working Hours: 40 hours per week throughout the year. * Salary: €55,000 – €60,000 gross/year, depending on experience. * Start Date: Immediate. * Experience: \+5 years.
