Job Description POSITION MISSION Ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and infrastructure, guaranteeing guest safety, comfort and experience with efficient and discreet service. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Director, the following responsibilities and duties are listed illustratively but not exclusively: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and telecommunications installations. Periodically inspect the condition of guest rooms, common areas, equipment and systems, reporting incidents and resolving malfunctions. Coordinate and supervise external contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures. Install, adjust and commission equipment and systems, maintaining updated records of interventions and repairs. Comply with and enforce safety regulations (including Accor’s Legionella Directive) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols. Actively collaborate in optimizing energy consumption and reducing waste. Respond immediately in case of emergencies to ensure personnel and facility safety. Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and work areas. Complete assigned training courses to develop technical competencies. ### **Requirements** Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role (hotels or high-occupancy buildings). Education: Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle in Maintenance, Electricity, Mechanics or related field. Languages: Advanced Spanish; intermediate English (desirable). Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC and general mechanics. Basic proficiency in office tools and management software. Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to emergencies. Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues.
