Speech Therapist

At Edist, we are looking for a Speech Therapist to join our team on-site in Sant Adrià de Besòs. On a daily basis, you will conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for speech and language difficulties, developing personalized intervention plans for each patient. You will carry out individual therapy sessions, record patient progress, and adapt therapies according to each case’s specific needs. You will maintain fluent communication with families and other professionals, participate in follow-up meetings, and coordinate shared objectives. This is a part-time position, with flexible scheduling possible depending on service demand. **Requirements** * University degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent qualification, professional licensing, and experience in speech therapy and treatment of speech disorders. * Competence in assessment, diagnosis, and management of communication disorders, including difficulties in interaction and oral expression. * Experience managing and treating language disorders, addressing both comprehension and expression, and designing specific intervention programs. * Knowledge and clinical practice in dysphagia management, with particular attention to swallowing safety and coordination with other healthcare professionals. * Ability to communicate in a close, empathetic manner; person- and family-centered orientation; teamwork skills; time management; and willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
