**AGUNSA Europa** is seeking a Junior Operations Engineer to support the growth and optimization of the operations of **ESBO Logistics (https://esbologistics.com/)**, a logistics operator within the group specializing in multichannel B2B and B2C solutions.
ESBO Logistics currently has:
* 450 professionals
* 4 logistics centers
* 130\.000 m² of operational space
* Clients across diverse sectors and operational models
We are currently undergoing a phase of strong professionalization and growth, and we seek to hire a Junior Operations Engineer with an analytical mindset, keen observational skills, and enthusiasm to learn logistics operations from within.
**What will you do?**
You will work directly with the Operations Management team, participating in real projects involving operational analysis, improvement, and optimization across our various logistics centers.
Your mission will be to understand how each operation functions, measure processes, identify improvement opportunities, and transform operational data into actionable insights for decision-making.
You will gain a cross-functional view of the business and experience a very rapid learning curve.
**Key responsibilities**
* Operational analysis on-site.
* Observe and analyze real logistics processes across different clients and operational setups.
* Understand receiving, put-away, order picking, and dispatch workflows.
* Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational deviations.
**Methods and time studies**
* Conduct standardized operational measurements.
* Analyze productivity and execution times.
* Document processes and establish operational standards.
**Monitoring and validation of new operational setups**
* Compare budgeted parameters versus actual operational performance.
* Analyze deviations impacting productivity and profitability.
* Participate in the validation of new clients and projects.
**Data & continuous improvement**
* Build and maintain operational databases.
* Structure information for future analysis.
* Prepare reports and conclusions for Operations Management.
* Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
**What we are looking for**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, or a related field.
* Recent graduate or up to 1\-2 years of experience.
* Genuine interest in operations, processes, and continuous improvement.
* Analytical capability and data orientation.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Methodical, observant, and solution-oriented profile.
* Ability to work in operational environments and interact with plant teams.
* Willingness to travel between logistics centers.
