IT Project Manager – Madrid / Barcelona We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join a project within an insurance company. ### **Service Context** The IT Project Management service will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective execution of IT projects. The position requires experience in project management, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide periodic updates to stakeholders. * Identify and mitigate risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies. * Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. ### **Deliverables** * Delivery of IT projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. * Identification and resolution of project-related issues and risks. * Continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices. ### **Required Expertise** * Experience in IT project management, preferably within the insurance sector. * Experience in project management, including planning, organization, and execution. * Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. * Experience with Waterfall project management methodologies. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, or a related field. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, preferably. * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management. * 2\-3 days per week onsite in Madrid or Barcelona. * Working environment in English and Spanish: mandatory. * English: minimum B2\. ### **Position Information** * Location: Madrid or Barcelona * Work model: 2\-3 days per week onsite * Experience: \+5 years * English: Minimum B2 If your profile matches this project and you are interested in joining an IT environment within the insurance sector, we would love to meet you! ### **Location (Hybrid)**
