At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are launching the new edition of our 2026 Internship Program, aimed at enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and contribute to our purpose: improving the lives of present and future generations. The QAS Process team forms part of the Quality department at Boehringer Ingelheim’s Sant Cugat plant and is responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving key quality processes, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. You will primarily work across three areas: documentation and personnel training management; supplier qualification and monitoring; and change control for processes, equipment, or systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to foster continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. During this experience, you will learn about documentation and training systems, participate in GMP documentation management, and support training activities. You will also collaborate on departmental projects and gain a holistic view of Quality, developing teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Provide support to Documentation in activities related to the operation of the document management IT system. * Learn proper management of GMP logbooks and contingency plans for documentation. * Participate in tasks related to physical and electronic archiving of documentation to ensure GMP retention requirements. * Have the opportunity to support Training in ensuring fulfillment of training needs through the training management IT system. * Collaborate on departmental projects, with the possibility of interacting with other quality systems, gaining a broader QA environment perspective. **What type of candidate are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s/Master’s/Postgraduate degree in Health Sciences. * **Competencies:** Organized and methodical individual with rapid learning ability, autonomy, and strong communication and empathy skills. * **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge and interpretation of GMP regulations, and basic familiarity with Microsoft systems and Artificial Intelligence is desirable. * **Language:** Spanish and advanced English. * **Availability:** Start date on September 18, 2026, with the possibility of completing a 12-month internship agreement. **What do we offer?** Here are some examples of how we’ll support you: * Paid internships (€1,000/month – 40 hours/week). * A mentor to guide your learning journey. * An intern community offering activities to foster your development. * Campus in Sant Cugat del Vallès: outdoor space, smartworking, cafeteria, transportation service (shuttle from FGC station). * Flexible working hours. * Continuous training: languages, soft skills e-learning platform, LinkedIn Learning, and more. * Access to Wellhub.
