For our People department, we are seeking a student to support the Corporate Development team in managing *La Academia*, the company's training space, contributing to the creation, organization, and dissemination of training content that drives personal and professional learning and growth within the company. Key details: * Working hours: 30 hours per week (from 8:00 to 14:00) * Work modality: In-person * Location: Polígono de Las Atalayas, Av. del Euro, 2, Alicante What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Support the Training team in planning and executing training activities. * Creation and design of training materials (presentations, guides, digital content, etc.). * Management of the online training platform: uploading content, tracking courses, and resolving incidents. * Management of user access and accounts on the platform (onboarding, offboarding, permissions, usage tracking). * Organization and management of in-person or virtual training spaces (bookings, scheduling, attendance, logistics). * Collaboration in internal communication regarding training programs and activities. What are we looking for? * Students or recent graduates in Communication, Audiovisual Studies, Journalism, or related fields. * English proficiency at B2 level (certification not required). * Availability to carry out the internship at our headquarters in Polígono de Las Atalayas.
