At Exolum, we are seeking to hire a Global Internal Auditor, whose main responsibilities will include: Conducting internal audits and advisory projects in accordance with the Global Internal Audit strategy and procedures. **Participating in all phases of the audit process:** planning, scope definition, fieldwork, control evaluation, and communication of findings. Assessing the effectiveness of internal control systems—including the SCIIF—and overseeing the correction of identified weaknesses. Tracking action plans arising from audits, verifying their implementation and effectiveness. Ensuring compliance with internal regulations, corporate policies, and established control protocols. Promoting the identification of best practices and improvement opportunities in control, risk, and corporate governance. Coordinating and supervising audits performed by third parties, ensuring adherence to contracted service requirements. Collaborating in the preparation of reports for the company’s governing bodies. Supporting corporate risk management and assessment processes across various business areas and geographies. Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and corporate risk management tools. **Required Profile for the Position:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or Engineering. Fluent English level, both technical and conversational (verifiable). 5–7 years’ experience in Internal Audit and Risk Management. Familiarity with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technological solutions and platforms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint. Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, as well as applicable legislation, regulations, and statutory requirements. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude and orientation toward continuous learning. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Communication skills to present audit results and conclusions. Critical thinking. Persuasion and negotiation skills.
