Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Experience & Project Management Intern to support the design and enhancement of customer experiences, as well as the coordination and monitoring of projects. We are looking for a **Customer Experience & Project Management Intern** to support the design and improvement of customer experiences, as well as the coordination and monitoring of projects. This is an opportunity to learn practically how user-centered initiatives are developed within a professional environment. The candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, collaborating across various project phases and gaining experience in customer experience methodologies and project management. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the analysis and documentation of customer journeys. * Collaborate in gathering and organizing customer insights. * Assist in planning and tracking tasks within projects. * Participate in preparing presentations, reports, and deliverables. * Support workshops and co-creation sessions with the team, contributing to the documentation of ideas, processes, and best practices. * Assist in research tasks (benchmarking, trends, market analysis). * Participate in creating visual materials (experience maps, presentations, workflows, etc.). * Support tracking basic project and experience KPIs. **ABOUT YOU:** * Education in Design, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Advanced/intermediate level of English. * Interest in Customer Experience, UX, or Service Design. * Interest in project management and collaborative environments. * Ability to learn quickly and proactivity. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Advanced/intermediate proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint (Keynote), Excel, Word). **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model tailored to your needs.
