A nationally operating company based in Murcia, specializing in comprehensive building maintenance. **INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER / TECHNICAL ENGINEER** ==================================== **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * We are currently seeking an **Industrial Engineer / Technical Engineer** to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for: * **Supervision of electrical installations**: Ensuring the proper operation of electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems across various client facilities. * **Tools**: Using computer-aided design (CAD) tools to create drawings and 3D models of mechanical components and systems. Proficiency in PROYECT, PRESTO, CYPE, and DMELECT. Advanced office software skills. * **Technical design**: Performing technical designs of industrial systems and equipment in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. * **Industrial engineering**: Applying industrial engineering principles to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. * **Mechanical engineering**: Applying mechanical engineering knowledge to the design, analysis, and resolution of issues related to industrial systems and equipment. * **Mechanical design**: Designing and developing mechanical solutions for industrial projects. * **Competencies**: Management, planning, negotiation, customer orientation, problem-solving ability, teamwork, commitment, and dedication. * **Regulations**: Knowledge of RITE, RBT, RAT, PCI, CTE, etc. **Profile:** ----------- * University degree in Technical Industrial Engineering or equivalent. * Proven experience in the aforementioned technical skills. * Advanced proficiency in CAD tools and technical design. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. * Proactivity and results-oriented mindset. **What we offer:** --------------------- * Permanent full-time contract * On-site work * Company vehicle Margarita Zapata
