**Responsibilities** * Conduct risk assessments and implementation of preventive measures, supervise their execution, and perform job position evaluation and modification * Use corporate tools to analyze risk situations and prevent them. * Select appropriate PPE for each job position * Knowledge of Management Systems. Participate in drafting new procedures and monitor their proper implementation. * Participate in planning preventive actions to be carried out. * Prepare and deliver training. * Participate in Toolbox Talks — an oral communication tool for delivering safety messages, attended by all factory employees. * Participate in occupational health surveillance management * Coordinate business activities * Evaluate compliance with legal requirements * Modify job positions to improve working conditions * Manage workplace accidents and participate in accident investigations * Actively participate in closing actions from various action plans derived from audits, observations, and other initiatives * Social skills applied to the job and to the occupational health and safety technician profile: How to "convince" each employee to correct unsafe actions * Participate in developing safety campaigns * Waste management and other environmental aspects.
