B. Braun is seeking an **HRBP Trainee** for its Human Resources department. The start date is scheduled for **September 14**.
The selected candidate will join the HR Business Partners team, supporting the end-to-end management of the company’s internship program. They will serve as the primary point of contact for the trainee community in Spain, guiding them throughout their lifecycle at B. Braun and collaborating closely with managers and various business areas.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain a cross-functional perspective of Human Resources, participating in recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employer branding, and program management within an international environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead end-to-end management of B. Braun’s internship program in Spain.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for internship positions, from identifying needs to onboarding candidates.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the trainee community, supporting them throughout their experience at the company.
* Coordinate events, training sessions, and activities aimed at developing and engaging interns.
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for the trainee cohort.
* Support employer branding initiatives and youth talent attraction efforts.
* Assist the HR Business Partners team in people and talent-related processes.
* Participate in cross-functional HR, Talent Management, and HR metrics analysis projects.
**Requirements:**
* Currently enrolled in a Master’s or postgraduate program in Human Resources or a related field.
* Ability to formalize a collaboration agreement with your university or educational institution.
* Fluent English proficiency.
* Interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Business Partner functions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with diverse profiles.
* Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactivity, autonomy, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Prior experience in recruitment, Human Resources, or talent management is desirable.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or ATS tools is advantageous.
