DESCRIPTION At Farmaprojects, we are looking for an R\&D Program Manager to join our R\&D team and play a key role in the strategic management of our pharmaceutical development projects, from approval to first wave launch in major markets. This position is critical to ensure strong cross\-functional coordination, high\-quality execution, and alignment with portfolio and business objectives. **Your mission:** As R\&D Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring Strategic Product Plans (SPP) for new approved projects, acting as the single point of contact for project management activities throughout the project lifecycle **Key responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor Strategic Product Plans (SPP) for all new approved projects. * Work with cross\-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment across functions. * Ensure compliance with internal strategic product planning procedures. * Monitor project progress from handover to first wave launch in major markets. * Deliver high\-quality, integrated cross\-functional project plans. * Act as the main project management interface for all stakeholders. * Track deliverables, timelines and KPIs; resolve or escalate issues and drive corrective actions. * Lead and facilitate project review meetings and working groups. * Ensure proper organization and availability of project documentation. * Prepare and update Business Cases (BC) for portfolio review and approval. * Manage scope changes according to internal procedures. * Coordinate the handover to the LCM team after first wave launch. * Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement. * Support the Head of department and top management in strategic initiatives and committees. * Train new team members on Strategic Product Plan activities. * Participate in meetings with customers, partners and external stakeholders when required. * Attend business events, fairs and visits to customers or strategic partners. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in portfolio, program, or project management roles. * Proven experience working in cross\-functional environments. * Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills. * High level of spoken and written English. * Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Structured mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem\-solving skills.
