**EXTRUSION OPERATOR** *JOB DESCRIPTION:* * Plastic film extrusion operator; polyethylene. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Complete production reports as instructed by production planning. * Machine setup and commissioning. * Component preparation on the machine. * Verification of all operational parameters. * Component replacement whenever necessary. * Quality checks and completion of related documentation. * Computerized entry of produced stock. * Machine and workplace cleaning and organization. *REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:* * Knowledge of extrusion processes. * Adherence to established quality requirements for finished products, identifying potential deviations and responding promptly and effectively to minimize production of non-conforming material. * Meeting established production output targets. * Effective communication with fellow operators on the same production line during shift handover, ensuring incidents occurring during one's shift are not repeated. *EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:* *Mechanical or Electromechanical training highly valued.* * Plastic film extrusion courses. * Extrusion experience is a plus.
