Position Summary: Proactive and dynamic individual to carry out pedagogical and educational interventions with minors in a protection home, modeling behavior and serving as an example. Key Highlights: 1. Educational work with minors and intervention plan. 2. Ability to model behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example. 3. Proactive, dynamic person with leisure resources, including games, sports, etc. **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Social Integration; alternatively, a Higher or Medium Vocational Training Cycle in humanities, social sciences, education, or professional qualifications related to the work carried out in minors' protection centers. University degrees (medium or higher level) in social, educational, psychological, or pedagogical fields will also be accepted. Knowledge of French or Arabic will be valued. Official certification demonstrating B2 level or higher in one of the aforementioned foreign languages is required. Applications from the underrepresented gender will be prioritized. A proactive, dynamic person with leisure, recreational, sports, and similar resources is required. Proficiency in both intellectual and manual strategies required for the position. Ability to model behavior for minors by serving as a behavioral example. Strong motivation for educational work with minors. High capacity for learning. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Job Position:** ---------------------- Responsible for carrying out auxiliary tasks in pedagogical and educational intervention with users of the protection home. Collaborate with technical staff, under the supervision of management, in studying and developing each individual’s or group’s intervention plan. Salary for Educational Assistant: €21,006 gross/year + night-shift supplement.
