Through this internship program, students will begin their journey in the **Data Science** area within the **CIRA** department in Madrid, participating in projects related to data preparation, Machine Learning models, GenAI processes, and data analysis. The internship will provide exposure to real-world applications such as **text and voice chatbots, Marketing Mix Modeling, sales forecasting, and the use of NLU / GenAI** to improve user experience. About the Department The intern will join the **CIRA** department located in **Madrid**. From this team, students will learn how to apply data, artificial intelligence, and predictive models to processes related to customer experience, automated responses, query categorization, summary generation, chatbots, marketing, and sales forecasting. Training Objectives During the program, students will be able to: Learn how to prepare data for subsequent use in modeling processes. Develop expertise in creating and evolving new Machine Learning models. Become familiar with **GenAI** processes and their application in real-world use cases. Acquire data analysis skills, understanding how to transform information into actionable insights for decision-making. Apply data science knowledge to projects involving **text and voice chatbots**, **Marketing Mix Modeling**, and **sales forecasting**. Understand how **NLU / GenAI** can enhance customer experience through automated responses, query categorization, and summary generation. Develop technical competencies in tools and languages related to Data Science, Machine Learning, data visualization, cloud platforms, MLOps, and application development. Mentorship and Follow-up The intern will have access to: Guidance from the department’s team throughout the internship. Definition of training objectives aligned with data science, Machine Learning, GenAI, and data analysis. Ongoing learning progress tracking during the training period. Regular feedback to support the development of both technical and transversal competencies. Candidate Profile **Qualifications** Data and Business Analytics or related fields Computer Science or related fields **Technical Skills and Knowledge** * Python. * SQL. * Pandas. * NumPy. * Scikit\-learn. * Familiarity with at least one of the following areas or tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Machine Learning algorithms. **Languages and Tools Valued** Proficiency in visualization and BI tools is valued, including: Matplotlib.
