Ensure that the user interface (UI/UX of data) enables rapid interpretation of strategic KPIs. * Analytics Project Management and Execution: lead the full lifecycle of assigned reporting projects. Participate in initial requirements gathering with stakeholders and final delivery of the conceptual product, ensuring adherence to sprint timelines. * Demand Management and Functional Consulting: act as an internal consultant for business areas. Critically analyze their requests to unify criteria, optimize demand, and mitigate unnecessary duplication of reports within the company. * Functional Validation and Data Adoption: ensure developments accurately reflect requested business logic. Lead the training strategy for Key Business Users to foster a culture of self\-service data consumption. ### **Requirements** * Experience: 2\-3 years leading Business Intelligence projects and developing dashboards in corporate environments. * Specialization: expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, with strong emphasis on visual design, layout, best practices in data visualization, and DAX formulas. * Project Management: experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), organized into sprints (using tools such as Asana or Azure DevOps). * Education: University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Statistics, Mathematics, IT Engineering, or related disciplines. * Languages: Intermediate English level (technical comprehension). * Data Architecture: conceptual understanding of Cloud environments (Azure Cloud / Databricks), solely to comprehend data provenance and traceability for reports and agents. * Interest or basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R, focused on data exploration. * GenAI Ecosystem and Agents: conceptual familiarity or hands\-on experience implementing AI Agents and LLM\-based workflows. * AI Low\-Code Tools: knowledge of platforms for building AI assistants and automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate AI features, or similar). * Prompt Engineering: ability to craft effective instructions to optimize personal development (e.g., generating DAX) and guide end users in using conversational data tools
