At **Hill International Spain**, a company specializing in Project Management within the construction sector, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Cost Manager** to lead the **control, optimization, and forecasting of costs** across diverse projects throughout their entire lifecycle. * Comprehensive cost management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including budget preparation, cost forecasting, and cost control. * Development and management of cost plans, budgets, and tender documentation. * Evaluation of contractor bids, variations, and claims. * Monitoring of project expenditures and ensuring compliance with approved budgets. * Risk analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs. * Coordination with project stakeholders, including design, engineering, and construction teams. * Preparation of periodic financial reports and communication with the client. * Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role. * Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Experience in construction or cost consultancy. * Proficiency with tools (Advanced Excel, Presto, CostX, etc.). * Knowledge of contracts (FIDIC, NEC is a plus).
