For the Corporate Learning Department, responsible for the Grifols Training Platform, specializing in Quality and Regulatory, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environmental courses. **What will your responsibilities be?** * You will participate in managing training modules using SAP HR. * You will collaborate on reviewing the training catalog and ensuring proper functioning of the Grifols Training Platform (GTP). * You will interact with other internal training departments. * You will support course registrations and logistics. * You will assist in tracking training plans. **Who are you?** * You are pursuing a Higher Vocational Education Degree in Administration and Finance, with a focus on administrative management. * You have an English proficiency level of at least B2\. * You possess advanced Excel skills. * You are available to complete a training agreement through your educational institution for a minimum of 8 months. * You are proactive, eager to learn, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic and innovative environment. **What do we offer?** * Compensation: Study allowance, company cafeteria, and shuttle bus. * Opportunity to train in a highly regulated and international environment. * Integration into a multidisciplinary team, with real opportunities to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical industry.
