




Job Summary: We are seeking Coordinators with experience in managing the ACCEDE program to supervise and collaborate in educational centers, lead a team, and ensure the program’s success. Engaged work aligned with an educational company philosophy WE ARE LOOKING FOR COORDINATORS to manage the ACCEDE program across various Educational Centers throughout the Community of Madrid, divided by zones. The work will take place from June to September (with August off). Each day spent delivering services at a center will consist of 4 to 5 hours during morning hours. Responsibilities: \* First and foremost, you will be responsible for the success of the ACCEDE program at assigned centers, leading a team of collaborators assigned to each center. \* Second, you will also serve as an active collaborator, implementing the program at centers jointly determined within your zone, while providing support to collaborators according to specific needs. These responsibilities include: \- Categorizing and inventorying available books \- Entering new loan data into the computer system \- Distributing books to students’ families Requirements: \* Minimum 2 years of experience managing the ACCEDE program. \* Personal vehicle for travel within your coordination zone. \* Proficiency and speed in operating computer systems and performing the above-mentioned tasks. \* Strong communication skills, professional appearance, approachability, and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with students’ parents/guardians. \* Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. \* Daily engagement and dedication to work. \* Enthusiasm and determination to perform your job well.
