We are seeking a cook for a restaurant project featuring themed Cuban cuisine menus and service schedules. Therefore, proven experience in preparing traditional Cuban gastronomy is required. Special emphasis will be placed on the preparation of dishes such as ropa vieja, congrí, picadillo, pork-based pastries, tostones, yuca with mojo, arroz a la cubana, and other typical Cuban recipes. The candidate must also be capable of adapting this type of cuisine to large-scale menu preparation for a high volume of diners. We seek an individual with demonstrable experience as a cook, particularly possessing solid practical knowledge of traditional Cuban cooking. The contract is permanent, with flexible working hours and an annual salary of 21.144,84 euros.
