We seek proactive, organized individuals eager to develop professionally within an established and expanding company. **Key responsibilities:** · Support the Site Manager and Production Manager in planning and monitoring construction works. · Supervise on-site work, controlling deadlines, quality, and safety. · Collaborate in managing human, technical, and material resources. · Coordinate subcontractors and on-site work teams. · Prepare basic progress and production reports. · Participate in site meetings with clients and collaborators. **Candidate requirements:** · Up to 3 years of experience in building construction projects within Spanish territory (professional internships are valued). · Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Public Works (or equivalent). o Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. o Experience with BIM tools. · Valid driver’s license and availability to travel throughout Barcelona and its surrounding areas. **What do we offer?** · Permanent employment contract and professional stability. · Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and profile. · Opportunity to join an established company with a collaborative atmosphere and technically challenging projects. · Genuine prospects for professional growth within the company.
