Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Architect – Building Construction Site Manager to develop and manage residential, hotel, and commercial building construction projects, with experience in AutoCAD 2D. For new projects in the Building Construction sector, we require a **Senior Architect – Building Construction Site Manager** to develop and manage building construction projects. **Responsibilities** * Primary mission: Development of Execution Projects for Residential, Hotel, and Commercial Buildings. * Participation in all phases of project development. * Review of structural designs, assemblies, and component drawings using AutoCAD 2D. * Supervision of building construction projects. Interpretation and analysis of sketches, drawings, and basic construction documentation; digitization of technical information. * Development of Graphic Documentation: Preparation of sketches, drawings, figures, and other graphic elements. Performing calculations and static, fatigue, and buckling analyses. * Layout of topographic drawings. Calculation and sizing of anchoring elements. * Application and interpretation of regulations. Drawing interpretation. Preparation of execution budgets. Development of technical construction solutions. * Calculation and definition of dimensions for construction elements. * Development of graphic documentation for construction projects by preparing two- and three-dimensional representations to ensure correct execution. Review of validation tests and trials for component drawings and commercial components. * Review of images, renders, and animations to facilitate project understanding. * Collection and documentation of data from existing buildings. * Review of technical reports, specifications, quantity take-offs, and budgets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction, including project development and site management. * Experience in construction management (cost control, scheduling, and team management). * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. * Familiarity with Revit or BIM environments is desirable. **Work Location:** * Burgos **What We Offer** * Immediate incorporation * Indefinite-term contract and stable project.
