Position Summary: We are seeking a community projects coordinator to plan, manage, and supervise the development of initiatives, leading multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of professional teams, volunteers, and collaborators We seek a person to coordinate and supervise community projects. Their responsibilities will include planning the project's overall development, managing technical, methodological, and organizational aspects, and coordinating professional teams, volunteer personnel, trainees, and other collaborators. A university degree in Social Sciences, Social Education, Social Work, Sociology, Political Science, Cultural Management, or related fields is required, along with at least two years of demonstrable experience in coordinating or managing social or community projects. Strong communication and representation skills, knowledge of planning, evaluation, and grant management, as well as proficiency in Office 365\, are required. Experience in networked collaboration, organizational capacity, autonomy, and leadership will be especially valued. The position is based in Gijón (Asturias). This is a full-time temporary contract, Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon shifts, with an annual gross salary of 23\.698 euros.
