You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing food inventory, and ensuring kitchen area cleanliness. You will oversee product quality, collaborate on menu design, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards. This is a full-time position conducted on-site at our location in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. **Requirements** * Previous experience in professional cooking and passion for gastronomy. * Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, as well as proficiency in using kitchen utensils and equipment. * Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage multiple tasks. * Commitment to cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards. * Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and willingness to continuously learn and improve will be highly valued.
