**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Foremen/Forewomen to support construction works in Ciudad Real. **Workplace** -------------------- * Ciudad Real **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and assign tasks among operators under their supervision * Interpret blueprints, measurements, and layout plans * Monitor machinery and personnel performance under their supervision * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, occupational health and safety regulations * Verify proper storage of materials **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional details from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS qualification (or an equivalent qualification officially recognized in Spain) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid driving license category B **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2,000 hours of accredited training in agricultural specialties * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Course ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 month and 1 year of experience in silvicultural treatments (certified via employment contracts, employment record, or job function certificate) * Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in riverbed conservation and restoration works **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract of approximately 9 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established by current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring cause, the project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s).
