We seek a technical profile with experience in BMC Helix architecture, implementation, and evolution, capable of leading complex initiatives involving ITSM process integration, automation, and transformation. The selected candidate will serve as the **technical reference**, participating in solution design, architectural decision-making, and technical leadership of teams. ***Main Responsibilities*** * Lead end\-to\-end design and implementation of BMC Helix ITSM solutions, both in SaaS and on\-premise environments. * Design and evolve the core BMC Helix ITSM architecture, ensuring platform quality, governance, and maintainability. * Define and implement integrations with third-party systems via APIs and web services. * Participate in advanced configuration, deployment, and stabilization of solutions. * Provide technical leadership to consulting and development teams. * Perform estimations, risk analysis, and technical decision-making. * Collaborate with ITIL-based functional teams to map processes into the tool. * Participate in preparing technical proposals and defining client solutions. ***What We Offer*** * A stable, high-visibility project within the Telecommunications sector. * 100% remote work modality. * Involvement in technology transformation and evolution projects. * A collaborative environment with highly specialized professionals. * Professional development using market-leading ITSM technologies. If you have experience in **BMC Helix** and are seeking a challenge where you can contribute **architectural vision and technical leadership**, we want to meet you. ### **Minimum Requirements** **Essential Requirements** * Minimum **2\-3 years** of experience as an Architect, Lead, or Senior Consultant in BMC Helix ITSM / Remedy ITSM environments. * Participation in implementation, migration, or evolution projects for complex solutions. * Official **BMC** certifications. * Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing integrations via APIs and web services. * Ability to provide technical leadership to teams and establish development and architectural standards. * Knowledge of solution governance, best practices, and definition of scalable architectures. * Native Spanish proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * English language proficiency. * Experience with CMDB and Discovery. * Knowledge of BMC Helix Portfolio Management (PPM). * ITIL or similar certifications. * Experience in ITSM process automation. * Education: Technical Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent technological education. ### **Competencies** * ITIL * HELIX * REMEDY * ITSM * bmc helix * CMDB * BMC Helix ITSM * Remedy ITSM * BMC Helix Portfolio Management (PPM)
