We seek a **Backend Engineer** who wants to join a high-performance team and contribute to developing a robust, scalable, and data-driven platform. You will work on the project by participating in key technical decisions, architecture design, and development of critical services. ### **Mission** This role combines **technical expertise, architectural vision, and execution capability**. We are not looking for someone who merely implements — but for someone who understands the system holistically and contributes to its sustainable growth. ### **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain **APIs, microservices, and data pipelines** * Define and apply **best practices in architecture and development** * Make decisions regarding **technology stack, patterns, and architecture** * Optimize service performance and scalability * Implement **observability (logs, metrics, traces)** to ensure reliability * Design and implement **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** and CI/CD pipelines * Translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions * Collaborate with **Product, Data, Frontend, and DevOps** teams * Participate in the technical evolution of the product and platform * Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence ### **What We’re Looking For** * \+3 years of backend development experience, including designing **distributed architectures and microservices** * Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, or PHP) * Knowledge of databases **PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB** // patterns such as **SOLID, Clean Architecture, CQRS, Event\-Driven** * Experience with **AWS** (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, etc.) // **Terraform (IaC)** and CI/CD * Ability to work autonomously and make technical decisions * Ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Strong communication skills ### **What We Offer** * Technology project with real-world impact * Autonomy and participation in technical decisions * Highly skilled and collaborative team * Flexible work environment (hybrid model) * Culture of learning and continuous improvement
