As Back Office Support, your primary mission will be to support the operational, academic, and administrative management of the Global BBA, contributing to the program’s smooth execution and providing assistance to the management team and student support services. The position will play a key role in coordinating the program’s day-to-day operations, ensuring proper management of calendars, schedules, venues, documentation, academic information, and various administrative processes—as well as coordination with faculty, participants, and other EADA departments. ##### **Key Responsibilities** Academic and Operational Program Management * Support planning and updating of calendars, class schedules, and academic sessions. * Manage loading and updating of academic information in EADA’s management systems. * Manage classroom bookings and assignments, identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts or incidents together with the program’s responsible staff. * Monitor academic incidents related to schedule changes, faculty substitutions, venue assignments, session modifications, or other operational needs. * Enter and maintain up-to-date required information in academic platforms: calendars, sessions, attendance, grades, retakes, documentation, or other content. * Provide faculty with necessary information and documentation for proper course delivery, and monitor submission of grades, exams, and assignments as applicable. Examinations, Documentation, and Certifications * Support logistical organization of assessment periods and examinations. * Manage and archive administrative and academic documentation linked to the program. * Support processes related to grade publication and monitor information flow with the SKEMA team. * Support preparation and processing of academic certificates, grade reports, and transcripts. * Track academic documentation requested by current participants and alumni. Support and Coordination * Respond to inquiries and requests from participants, faculty, and other departments via various communication channels. * Coordinate with Academic Secretariat and other internal areas to ensure the program operates smoothly. * Support the student services team on administrative and operational matters related to the Global BBA. * Collaborate on general back-office tasks and facilitate coordination among teams involved in the program. Program Events and Activities * Support organization and coordination of activities and events linked to the Global BBA: welcome sessions, workshops, special sessions, conferences, masterclasses, Business Trips, graduation ceremonies, and other events. * Participate in organizing institutional events for students in which the program is involved. * Coordinate, where applicable, additional logistical aspects such as insurance, venues, materials, or documentation. ##### **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree (completed or in progress), preferably in Administration, Management, Education, Tourism, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative, back-office, academic management, or customer-facing roles will be valued. * Languages: Spanish and advanced English (minimum C1). Knowledge of Catalan and/or a third language is desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets applied to information management and analysis. * Knowledge of Power Query and macros/VBA is desirable. * Ability to work with large volumes of data, perform cross-referencing, detect inconsistencies, and develop tracking and control tools. * Experience with academic platforms or management systems—such as Moodle, ERP, CRM—or equivalent systems is desirable. ##### **What We Offer** At EADA, we are committed to creating a professional environment where people can develop and grow.
