#### **Join the future of Paradigma!** At Paradigma, we are looking for a **Senior Cybersecurity Engineer** to join our Cybersecurity team. #### **What are we looking for?** We seek to hire a **Senior Cybersecurity Engineer** to join our Cybersecurity team and participate in high-impact technology projects for our clients. We are looking for a candidate with a **strong technical foundation**, capable not only of implementing security controls but also of **analyzing alternatives, making technical decisions, and designing secure, scalable, and operationally viable solutions from architecture, development, and operations perspectives**.#### **Responsibilities** * Design and implementation of end\-to\-end **cybersecurity solutions**. * Application and API security, including **penetration testing, code review, and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)**. * Advanced identity and access management using **Keycloak, OAuth 2\.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML**. * Secrets management with **HashiCorp Vault**. * Advanced security for **Kubernetes / OpenShift**, including RBAC, NetworkPolicies, SecurityContext, SCCs, and multi\-tenancy strategies. * **Software supply chain security**: SBOM, SLSA, Cosign, admission control, artifact analysis and signing. * Integration of security into **CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices**. * System hardening, vulnerability management, auditing, and incident response. * Automation using **Python, Bash, or Go**. **And a particularly challenging opportunity: AI Security** You will work on designing and implementing security controls for **AI\-First solutions**, addressing threats such as: * Prompt injection and jailbreaks. * RAG and data poisoning. * Model extraction and sensitive information leakage. * Abuse of tools and agents. * Security of AI models, agents, AI services, and vector databases. * Authentication, authorization, isolation, and observability of AI-based applications. * Incorporation of **Responsible AI and Security/AI Governance by Design** principles. #### **Why Paradigma?** **Freedom with responsibility** We trust individuals to organize their work flexibly, promoting a healthy balance between personal and professional life—without losing sight of our goals and the impact of our work.
