AI Agent Technician

**What will you do in the team?** Your mission will be to design and implement AI agent-based solutions to optimize IT operations at Sanitas, acting as the technical reference for agent systems—defining standards and leading innovative initiatives—with an initial focus on vulnerability detection and adhering to security, explainability, and governance criteria. Additionally: You will design and implement AI agent-based solutions to automate processes and address operational IT challenges. You will act as the technical reference, defining standards, reusable patterns, and best practices for agent systems. You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases based on their impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment. You will ensure governance, security, regulatory compliance, and traceability of implemented solutions. You will lead validation, measurement, and continuous improvement of agents, while also driving adoption and knowledge sharing across the organization. **What do you need?** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or equivalent disciplines. Experience: At least 1 year of recent experience in Generative AI and AI Agents. Professional experience in complex system architecture, production AI/ML, cybersecurity, and regulated environments (e.g., insurance or healthcare) is highly valued. Languages: English proficiency at least at B2 level. Other skills and knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. **What do we offer?** Hybrid work model and flexibility based on project and business needs.
