We are looking for a **Salesforce Developer (Mid-Level)** to join our team in a 100% remote work environment. The selected candidate will participate in developing new features and enhancements on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and delivering high-quality technical solutions aligned with business needs. Therefore, we promote an environment where every professional can develop, contribute new ideas, and participate in impactful regional and global projects. **Responsibilities** * Develop backend solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and Platform Events * Design and maintain data models and objects within Salesforce * Implement and evolve integrations using REST and SOAP services * Develop UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define and build scalable solutions * Participate in technical reviews, testing, and incident resolution to ensure delivery quality **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce development * Advanced knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Batch Apex * Solid experience in Salesforce object and data structure modeling * Frontend development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce * Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud (FSC/FSI) * Ability to work independently and focus on results * Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in dynamic environments * Strong communication and teamwork skills **Nice to have** * Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations * Knowledge of Platform Events * Experience participating in large-scale or complex-environment projects * Salesforce certifications related to development * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams under agile methodologies **We offer** * • Permanent contract with competitive salary• Flexible work arrangement and possibility of remote work• Personalized career plan and continuous training• Participation in stable projects with strong technical components• Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance• Social benefits tailored to your needs
