We’ve got some experience in hotels and restaurants, but also in other industries! We are looking for a **front\-of\-house manager** to run the show day\-to\-day. You’ll have backup from our **finance and marketing teams**, so you can focus on creating the kind of place \& team people can’t wait to come back to. What You’ll Be Doing * Running the daily operations of the bar\-restaurant and keeping everything smooth. * Recruiting, training and leading a **team of 10\+**—and making work fun while you’re at it. * Being the **face of the venue**— customer is key and we are looking to create a friendly, welcoming vibe. * Keeping an eye on stock, ordering what’s needed, and staying on top of the numbers. * Working with the owners to bring cool ideas and events to life. What We’re Looking For * **Fluent in Spanish and English**—you’ll be mixing with locals, expats and travellers alike. * **4\+ years managing** a bar or restaurant (international experience is a big plus!). * Natural leader who knows how to build a happy, motivated team. * People person with a passion for **creating unforgettable experiences**. * Knows the ins and outs of stock control and daily bar operations.
