Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to oversee construction works, prepare architectural projects, coordinate health and safety, supervise municipal projects, and provide internal advisory support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee construction execution and supervise its progress. 2. Prepare architectural projects and develop technical studies. 3. Coordinate occupational health and safety during both project design and construction phases. We are looking for a Technical Architect to work in Barbate (Cádiz). Duties include overseeing construction execution, preparing architectural projects and supervising their progress, collaborating with other architects, coordinating occupational health and safety during both project design and construction phases, supervising municipal projects, preparing technical studies (e.g., waste management plans or emergency response plans), drafting urban planning instruments, conducting economic assessments, participating in municipal inspection teams, providing internal advisory support, issuing reports, expert opinions, certifications, and expert assessments, processing urban development permits, managing urban planning compliance, inspecting buildings and vacant plots, preparing reports for protected housing units, attending to the public, and performing all other duties inherent to this position. Working hours are standard, though occasional work outside regular hours may be required depending on service needs. A temporary employment contract is offered, estimated to last 90 days, with full-time morning shifts and a monthly salary of 2763 euros.
