Your key responsibilities include: * **Analyze embedded software requirements** associated with photovoltaic inverters, bidirectional converters, and energy storage systems developed by the R\+D department. * **Define comprehensive validation plans**, including test case design, acceptance criteria, required resources, and scheduling. * **Execute functional and robustness tests** on real prototypes in the lab, covering: - Power control algorithms (active/reactive control) - MPPT algorithms - Real-time DC/DC and DC/AC converter control - Battery management and monitoring (BMS / EMS) - Electrical and logical protections (OVP, UVP, OCP, Islanding, etc.) * **Automate test cases** using frameworks and tools developed in Python. * **Develop internal tools** to facilitate validation: frame generators, log analyzers, automated test benches, or simulators for external equipment. * **Perform data acquisition and analysis** using lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, programmable loads, etc.). * **Document results and generate reports**, ensuring traceability to requirements and non-conformities. * **Manage and report software anomalies**, collaborating closely with firmware, control, and embedded systems teams. **We Are Looking For Candidates With:** * **Academic Background**: * **Professional Experience**: Prior experience in **embedded software validation** for photovoltaic inverters, battery chargers, DC/DC converters, or power electronics systems. Solid knowledge of: **Vector control, digital control, current and voltage control loops.** **Modeling and dynamic behavior of DC/AC and DC/DC converters.** **MPPT algorithms and active/reactive power control.** **Battery management and EMS/BMS strategies.** Experience with **industrial protocols**: MODBUS TCP, CAN, and RS\-485\. * **Languages**: Advanced English. * **Technical Skills**: Experience using communication analysis tools (CAN monitors, MODBUS analyzers, etc.). Demonstrated experience in **test automation** in a lab environment. Proficiency in **Python** for automation, simulation, and development of validation tools.
