Thanks to the Alternating Training Contract, you can obtain official certification while working with us. We provide the training; you bring the energy. **What will you do with us?** On a daily basis, you will learn from experienced professionals how to: * Install photovoltaic structures and panels on rooftops and ground surfaces. * Perform wiring and connection of solar electrical systems. * Participate in commissioning self-consumption installations. * Maintain and repair systems to ensure optimal performance. **What are we looking for?** * Dynamic individuals who enjoy physical work and teamwork. * No fear of heights (we will work on roofs and rooftops). * Genuine motivation to obtain official certification in this sector. * Commitment to balancing practical work with theoretical training. **What do we offer?** * Alternating Training Contract: A stable contract where you earn from day one while receiving training. * Zero training costs: We handle the entire educational process. * Career path: We aim for you to join us as a certified professional upon completion of your training. * A young, tech-oriented, and planet-positive work environment. **Requirements:** --------------- **Conditions:** * Alternating Training Contract, on-site and full-time. * Minimum duration is 3 months, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract at any time. * This contract allows you to work and train simultaneously. You will receive a salary from day one and, upon completion, obtain an official qualification certifying your competence. * Your working hours are divided between actual work time at the company and time dedicated to online theoretical training: * First year: You will spend up to 65% of your maximum working hours on work. The remainder is allocated to online training. * Second year: Work time increases to up to 85%. * Your remuneration will be proportional to your actual working time. According to the law: * First year: You will earn at least 65% of the salary established in the collective agreement for your professional category. * Second year: You will earn at least 85%. * In all cases, your salary will never fall below the Interprofessional Minimum Wage (SMI), proportionally adjusted to hours worked.
