Analyze the impact of software modifications. Conduct code reviews and ensure proper verification (debugging, unit testing, continuous integration, etc.). Prepare associated technical documentation (requirements and specifications), and ensure its accurate updating following modifications and changes. Ensure compliance with the software department’s quality plan. Carry out assigned tasks, prioritizing those determined by the immediate supervisor, and ensure timely delivery meeting established quality standards. Collaborate cross-functionally and provide technical support to other departments. Actively participate in daily meetings, reporting progress on work assignments and contributing to the area’s KPI tracking. Perform all tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, whether related to one’s own department or linked to other departments, to ensure smooth workflow execution. Fulfill assigned roles and responsibilities outlined in the company’s occupational health and safety matrix.
