Temporary contract with possibility of permanent incorporation We are seeking personnel to work on a plastic film component production line in Paracuellos del Jarama. Main responsibilities will include overall line control and supervision to ensure smooth operation and material quality. The selected candidate will directly intervene to resolve blockages, operate the control panel by adjusting parameters, and optimize the process. It is essential to possess the ability to independently detect and resolve incidents, ensuring uninterrupted workflow. Working hours are Monday to Friday, afternoon shift (14:00 to 22:00\), with occasional morning shifts. A personal vehicle is required. A temporary contract is offered, with possibility of extension and subsequent permanent incorporation. Previous experience in industrial production environments (desirable). Ability to resolve incidents. Proficiency in operating control panels. Availability for immediate start. Personal vehicle is mandatory. Teamwork skills and attention to detail will be valued.
