Job Summary: We are seeking a Bid Engineer with experience in EPC projects for the tendering phase and preparation of technical and commercial proposals in Madrid. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Bid Engineer** with experience in **EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)** projects to join our technical team in Madrid. The selected candidate will participate in the **tendering phase and preparation of technical and commercial proposals**, working closely with engineering, procurement, and construction departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in plant layout, electrical interconnections, civil works, and technical analysis of RFQs for energy infrastructure projects (especially renewables, PV power stations, or substations). **Main Responsibilities:** * Layout and preliminary design of **solar power plants and other energy infrastructure**. * Definition and design of **medium- and high-voltage electrical interconnections**. * Estimation and **calculation of associated civil works** (conduits, foundations, access roads, etc.). * Detailed analysis of **RFQs (Request for Quotation)** and received technical documentation. * Preparation and review of **BOQ (Bill of Quantities)** for technical-commercial proposals. * Coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define optimal solutions. Support in preparing technical presentations and proposal documentation for clients. * **Requirements** Degree in **Engineering**, preferably **Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering**. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in **technical bidding for EPC projects** (preferably in the energy sector). Technical knowledge in plant design, electrical interconnections, and basic civil works. Advanced proficiency in tools such as **AutoCAD**, **Excel**, and electrical or civil design software. Strong technical analysis ability, organizational skills, and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
