We advocate for work environments that facilitate **employee integration**, while simultaneously supporting both professional and personal growth by offering a **career development plan**. **MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN (CASTILLA Y LEÓN)** --------------------------------------------------------- EIDF is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Castilla y León delegation. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in electricity, renewable energies, or electronics. * Advanced proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Excel). * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Basic electrical knowledge; interest in photovoltaics and proactive learning attitude. * Adaptability. * Preference will be given to candidates with certifications in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), working at heights, and electrical work. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive maintenance of photovoltaic plants * Predictive maintenance of photovoltaic plants * Monitoring of installations * Cleaning of modules * Corrective actions for electrical faults * Operational control of photovoltaic plants via monitoring systems * Analysis of major failures * Stock management * Development of preventive maintenance plans * Reporting and follow-up to the coordinator * Client interaction and communication **What do we offer?** * Continuous training enabling employees to further develop within the company in a constantly growing and future-oriented sector * Job stability * Salary according to collective agreement.
