Job Summary: We are seeking a first-class bricklayer with experience in various masonry tasks, blueprint interpretation skills, and proficiency in using tools. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to interpret blueprints and carry out tasks autonomously We require a first-class bricklayer with demonstrable experience in the trade. It is essential that the candidate be under 30 years of age to qualify for a Social Security bonus, as this contract is intended to cover a worker on paternity leave. A valid Type B driving license is also required. Main responsibilities include erecting brick, block, and stone walls; performing basic layout work by measuring levels and plumb lines; applying plastering, rendering, and skimming; tiling and flooring with all types of materials such as ceramic, stoneware, and porcelain. The role also involves laying pavements, claddings, and prefabricated elements like curbstones. Other duties encompass constructing interior partitions—both brick and plasterboard (if required)—and performing finishing and detailing work. The ability to interpret basic blueprints and work orders, proper use of manual and power tools, and autonomous execution of masonry tasks will be highly valued. The contract is initially temporary, but may become indefinite if the candidate adapts well to the position, given the company’s growth. Working hours will be full-time.
