We want to add to our team individuals eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow professionally within the customer service area, in such an exciting and growing industry as clean energy. #### **Job Responsibilities** * Contact and provide support to large and small account customers. * Assist in managing and tracking incidents through our communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). * Perform back-office tasks using our CRM system. * Support updating the customer database and document management. * Maintain contact and collaborate with other departments within the company to meet customer needs. #### **Essential Requirements** English level B2 or above Possibility to carry out internships through an agreement. #### **Desirable Requirements** * Availability to carry out internships in the afternoon (14:00 to 19:00 hrs) #### **What do we offer?** Excellent working environment.
