We are seeking a DevOps/SRE professional specialized in infrastructure automation for complex, multi-server environments, with a focus on Ansible and CI/CD ecosystems, to participate in high-impact projects within regulated environments. The position is based in Sevilla under a hybrid work model—working some days remotely from home and others onsite at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. It is mandatory to reside in Spain and hold valid Spanish work authorization. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks for large-scale configuration automation and deployments across RHEL and Windows Server environments * Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Artifactory for integrations and production deployments * Develop Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripts aimed at reducing repetitive manual tasks * Manage CMDB and system configurations to ensure consistency, traceability, and regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities: * Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption via Ansible in hybrid architectures and multi-server environments * Define and maintain GitFlow-based versioning standards to ensure change control and code quality * Participate in containerized environment management with Docker and Kubernetes at a basic-to-intermediate level * Administer and automate Microsoft-based services including Active Directory, WSUS, and PowerShell DSC * Document technical solutions and ensure knowledge transfer through corporate wikis * Measure and execute automation initiatives targeting reduction of operational manual tasks Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in DevOps, SRE, or automation roles within production environments * Minimum 3 years of hands-on Ansible experience managing multi-server Linux environments * Minimum 2 years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI * Minimum 2 years of scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell * Minimum 2 years of experience working with Git using GitFlow methodology * Red Hat Ansible Automation EX407 — Certified Specialist certification * RHCSA — Red Hat Certified System Administrator certification * MCSA Windows Server certification * ITIL Foundation v4 certification * Minimum B2 level English proficiency (certified) Desirable Requirements: * CKA — Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification * HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification * GitLab Certified Associate certification * Minimum 1 year of experience with Docker and Kubernetes * Minimum 1 year of experience in regulated environments or Public Administration * Minimum 1 year of experience documenting in corporate wikis or knowledge bases Proficiency and practical experience with generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to this role are required, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI usage.
