At Libelium, we seek a Software Platform Project Manager capable of comprehensively leading and coordinating technology projects linked to Iris360, guaranteeing correct technical and functional execution from planning through final client acceptance. This role integrates project management, technical coordination, and direct stakeholder engagement—particularly with public and private clients. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ---------------------- 1\. Project Management * Planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of Iris360 software projects. * Development of detailed schedules and milestone definition jointly with product managers and clients. * Authoring and validation of key technical documentation: kickoff minutes, solution analysis and design, test plans, technical and user manuals, etc. * Monitoring of technical KPIs and allocated costs 2\. Technical Management * In-depth knowledge of Iris360 architecture and functionalities to translate functional requirements in collaboration with the product management team. * Oversight of technical integrations with other systems (APIs, third-party services, IoT devices, etc.). 3\. Client Relationship Management * Active participation in Kick-Off meetings, interim progress reviews, and project closure sessions with clients—especially public administrations. * Expectation management, progress presentations, and resolution of conflicts or blockers. * Organization and delivery of training sessions, provision of manuals, and management of final acceptance. 4\. Internal Coordination * Multidisciplinary coordination with product managers, pre-sales, technical support, and commercial teams. * Task assignment and progress tracking. * Periodic reporting to the department head or Operations Director. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
